Ahh, The Spa at Shula’s. I recently visited the spa for an amazing massage. I walked in to a beautiful lobby filled to the brim with Aveda products, which I have to tell you are my absolute favorite. I really loved their little breast cancer display, with all of the pretty pink products and pink poofs hanging from the ceiling.

Upon entering, I was greeted and lead to the women’s changing room. I changed into a super comfy robe and sandals, and headed out to the relaxation room to await for my massage. The picture above and below are just a glimpse of the relaxation room. I loved the decor, especially the waterfall on the wall.

My massage was incredible. I hadn’t had one in years, and with all of the stress piling up high, a massage was definitely in order. It started off with my choice of essential oils, of which I chose Lavender & Eucalyptus. After 45 minutes of massage heaven, I felt like a brand new person. I definitely need to start getting massages more often, I cannot believe how much better I feel!

If you are in the market for a massage, body buff, facial, or mani/pedi, but are short on cash flow, you are in luck. Beginning October 14th through the 28th, The Spa at Shula’s, along with many, many other spas are participating in Spa Week.

That sounds fantastic! I might just have to make some room in the budget for a spa day real soon.
