I was super excited to receive this awesome Beauty Bloggers VoxBox in the mail late last week. It was filled to the brim with some seriously fantastic products. I took my time and tested out the products, and here’s the DL:
~Bath & Body Works Mini Candles: These rock my socks a million and ten percent. Mine is a wonderful Nutmeg & Spice scent. Let me tell you – the scent is clean, it burns nicely (no smoke), and lasts a long time.
~EBOOST: I’ll be honest. I’m not really a fan of this. I did give it a go, and drank about half of the glass before I couldn’t take it any more. Instant powder drinks like this aren’t my thing.
~Goody Simple Styles Spin Pin: This is actually my second pair of spin pins. I bought them last year when my friend Kyleen recommended them for holding the perfect bun with out a ton of pins or elastics. These are fantastic and work really, really well. I have really thin, fine hair, and they hold it in place.
~No. 7 Beautiful Skin: These are really, really nice products. Very light weight, gentle to the skin. I do prefer the night cream over the lotion cleanser. I liked how my skin felt the next morning after using the night cream.
~Not Your Mother’s Kinky Moves Curl Defining Hair Cream: I did not use this product. I don’t really have curly hair, nor do I style my hair with curls, so unfortunately, I did not find this product useful.
~NYC New York Color IndividualEyes Custom Compact: My compact arrived with one of the shadows slightly broken, so there was some cleaning in order before I could use this properly. I do really like the shadows, they go on nice and smooth, though you do need to load up your brush twice to get a good, solid amount of color onto your lids. I created a look over the weekend with this product & the Kiss Ever Pro Lashes Starter Kit (below).
~Kiss Ever Pro Lashes Starter Kit: These lashed are beautiful. They are full, made of real human hair, and look very realistic. They were quite difficult to put on, and they took a good amount of time to get them to stay on, regardless that I had a ton of glue on them (the glue comes in the package). I was really pleased with the final outcome, though. Check out my look below I created with them & the NYC Compact (mentioned above)
