We have this vicious little dog (or so she thinks) that lives behind our house. She wants to be bff with Randall, but he gets angry with her for constantly yelling at, well, everything. See, Scott & I can’t go into our yard without her flying out the neighbors patio door to yell at us. Now, don’t get me wrong, I absolutely adore animals. My ultimate dream one day is to play in a pile of puppies and dogs. How absolutely fun & adorable would that be?!? My point EXACTLY. Super fun & adorable. Anyway, Penny (the little dog in the next yard behind our house), seems to enjoy screaming and yelling all the time – day or night. I’ve tried talking to her, but it’s just no use. I guess some pups just yell for no reason. I bring up Penny because while I was in my backyard taking these pictures, she was yelling the entire.time. Randall wasn’t very pleased.
He decided to take enjoyment in one of his ultimate favorite toys – a palm frond – or rather, remnants of one. I love his little face.

I adore that skirt, Kirstin! the colors are just amazing. My neighbors have really noisy dogs who always bark and yelp whenever I go out of the house. I dunno why, because whenever I go to pet them, they shush for a bit, love to be petted, then go on ahead and bark anyway.

Adorable outfit, Kirstin! The colors are wonderful and I have really grown to love the hi-lo silhouette. This just made me love it a little more. Aren’t animals funny like that? we have a similar problem with neighborhood dogs. i love pups, cats, really any animals, but some people leave their dog off leash in my husband’s neighborhood and my basset mix got attacked last week

First off, I’m obsessing over the teal color that is thrown about in your outfit!
And secondly, every person in my neighborhood has a dog, so at any given second there is one barking or running through my backyard. Unfortunately for me, I’m don’t own a pet and don’t really care for them. But, they are entertaining to watch from my window! haha

Kirstin Marie, my favorite things in these photos are those gorgeous green flats and Randall! Oh my goodness, he’s a handsome lad! Penny needs to “keep calm and keep on her side of the fence.” Randall does well in ignoring her if she’s screaming like a banshee! hee hee!
