I really have been enjoying brighter colors for Spring mixed with darker colors. I decided this week to create a fun little nail look for spring time. Here’s how you create this manicure:
Step 1: Paint entire nail with lavender polish. I used Essie’s “Nice is Nice”.
Step 2: Place french manicure strips on top of lavender coat where you’d like the arch to be. I chose about half way on my nail.

Step 3: Paint darker green color from the manicure strip down to the tips. I used China Glaze “Holly-Day”. Remove manicure strip while polish is still wet. Be sure to do this slowly and gently.

Step 4: Add a little bit of glitter polish to soften the arch line between the green & lavender. I used Julep’s Portia. Apply a top coat to this, and your done!

Sorry for the fuzzy pictures! My camera was being a little jerky.
