Today was my first day off of work for two weeks. I can happily say I didn’t get dressed until almost 3 pm, and it was absolutely fantastic. I got up, ate the most delicious apple with some peanut butter, relaxed, spent time with Scott, and baked a delicious pink funfetti cake (see below).
I also decided to take a picture of the pretty flowers Scott had brought home for Valentines Day. I love them! Pretty big white & pink spider daisies with little red hearts. I’m also excited to say that today is my second day on Weight Watchers. So far, so good! I hope you are all having a delightful weekend!

Funfetti cakes always seem to taste better than regular cakes simply because they are so much prettier. My mom makes me a Funfetti cake for my birthday every year.
