I had chicken teriyaki & my dad had coconut shrimp with plum sauce. I ended up not finishing mine because it was such a huge portion, and gave the rest to my dad. We both indulged on amazing, cold & refreshing frozen lemonades. Those are seriously the remedy to a hot day. Plus, they are my favorite! It’s like a lemonade slush! After we ate, we headed over and caught the last little bit of this dance performance. I loved their kimono’s. We didn’t stay for long, as it started to rain and we had to run to the museum to avoid our camera’s from getting soaked.
Once the rain passed, we stood on the bridge overlooking the lake to watch the lighting of the lanterns. They ended up lighting them early because this horrendous storm was rolling in and there were lighting strikes like crazy. It was really beautiful, the chilly gusts of wind, dark stormy skies, thunder rumbling, and the burning lanterns & boats.
Just before it started to pour, we raced to the car, and caught the last minute fire works. It really was a great evening & a beautiful event.

It looks like you had a lot of fun! The coconut shrimp looks so crisp and tasty, I could really go some about now
I would love to follow you on google, but I cannot find the google gadget.

There comes a time when you just have to change out of the chunky heels and opt for something more comfortable. I hate saying that, but it’s true. Foot problems in our old age just aren’t worth it.
You and your family are gorgeous together. You look so happy!
