Friend Friday (even though it’s Thursday): What’s in my bag, baby & LALM July 21st

Whats in my bag? Well, I used to carry around a lot (and I mean A LOT) more than you see in the photos, but I’ve since come to my senses. Here’s what’s in my bag, the reason why I generally always carry large bags:

~Planner
~Wallet
~Checkbook
~Large Black JSCollection Sunnies w/purple sequin case
~Vogue Cat Eye Sunnies w/case
~Two pens (one is black, the other is one of those cool ones that has four colors AND a highlighter)
~Two cell phones. I know this may seem unnecessary, but the iPhone is my personal phone, while the Blackberry is my work phone.
~Nail File
~Work ID & Keys on a lanyard
~Hand Sanitizer
~Car & House Keys (clipped to the top of my bag)
~Change Purse
~iPod & Headphones
~Mini Moo Business Cards

After actually typing the list out, it feels like a long one, but in truth, it is my essentials. So tell me, what’s in your bag, baby?

I am super duper excited to have my DIY post in this week’s Links a la Mode. I’m always wishy washy, and nervous about submitting an article to LALM, so when I actually do submit something, and it does get chosen, I get REALLY excited. Picture the silent anticipation of the webpage loading, and as I read the article & scroll down to find my article, an audible “yes!” with the little excited fist pull down exits my mouth. I know, corny, right??

Style is what you make it. We are all different and beautiful in our own ways. Many of us have different techniques to display how we want to present ourselves. Some people are very “structured” “prim and proper” and live by a color scheme while others go wild with mixing patterns and have the “unpolished” and “don’t care” look. It’s all about where you get your inspiration from and your personality in general.
