I finally have a chance to breathe. I’ve been so insanely busy lately, hence the lack of blog posts. Sometimes I get so busy I forget to do the things that I really enjoy, as if they would add more stress to my already overflowing plate. I forget that these things take away from my stress, and relax me. On top of my insanity, I had my first rude commenter today. I understand that not everyone will enjoy my blog or the way I look, but that is not a reason to leave a rude comment. I dress for myself, and it makes me feel good about myself. I’m not forcing my style on you, so you don’t need to force your rudeness upon me. A HUGE thank you goes out to all of you lovelies for your amazing support on Twitter last night when I tweeted about this comment. You guys rock, and make me so happy to have friends like you.
Anyway, moving on…this outfit is my Everybody Everywear post for this months’ Floral theme. If you couldn’t tell in the most recent months, I am engaged in an ever lasting love affair with florals. There’s just something about them that make me smile, and feel pretty. It’s just the thing to throw on when you are feeling down in the dumps and not pretty (we all have those days. I know I do). This floral dress was just what I needed to pull me out of my drudging around with negativity from the stressful schedule that is my life during the month of May.
April, there were limited showers, so I guess that’s why I have no flowers. Lucky I have this dress to pick up your slack, April & May.

I love your shoes. great outfit girl you really know how to pull off the florals!
Also, if you have a spare moment, I would love if you would enter my Dior giveaway because it actually helps me win a really big blogging competition that I’m in atm. I would be super, super appreciative
Even if you don’t want to enter, I would really appreciate your vote
Yeah! Kick that rude commenter to the moon with your awesome shoes and wicked legs!!
Those heels are fabulous! I love it with that floral dress
xoxo

people are sorta ridiculous from time to time, don’t let them get to you
I love your shapely legs!
Kirsten, I am so sorry you had to deal with a rude comment- I hope you know in your heart as well as your head that the comment had less to do with you than the inherent unhappiness of the person who wrote it. Unhappy people like to spread their misery.
The opposite of misery is your wonderful floral ensemble- I LOVE the tough girl black tights and tan stompers with the gauzy femme floral frock. LOVELY!

Love love love! I think this is my favorite outfit I’ve seen you wear. You look so great and bohemian. Love the vest too.. And the florals, and the shoes…and everything! Don’t let people get you down- easier said than done, but I think you did a good thing and talked about it instead of brushing it under the rug.
xx K
you look great! i love how you paired everything! and i agree about rude commenters…if you don’t have anything nice to say, keep your mouth shut!
You look adorable, as always. I’m so excited to take my EBEM pictures today!

I love the floral dress on you! It goes perfectly with the Danys and tights. As far as rude commentors, I have had them before and i just brush them off and keep it moving. You are gorgeous and your style is sick. Obviously they are jealous!

amazing extraordinaire shoes
ps) i m with you on the rude comments topic!the thing about reading sb else’s blog is that you are not forced to, you do it because you like it- so there is no reason for inappropriate comments!the only thing they show is how inferior this person is to you!
Thanks so much for your nice comment. Those shoes look seriously hot on you. I’m so sorry you had to deal with a rude commenter but I’m glad your florals picked you up!
Even more than this gorgeous dress, I love your shoes!!!! Those things are killer to the max.
