On Sunday night, Scott & I took an evening to ourselves and headed out to see one of our favorite comedians, Jim Jefferies. It was a really great show, and we both had a great time. This was my first time actually being an audience member at a comedy show. I have always worked them, sat on headset backstage or in the booth, receiving or calling cues. It was definitely a new experience being able to fully enjoy the performance and not be working (thought I do love working all professional theatrical events!!).
It’s spring break this week at work, so it’s a bit slow. We are loading in the set and lighting for our next show, Beauty & the Beast. I wasn’t originally looking forward to it, but after hanging, focusing, and dropping color in the lights, and seeing the set be put up day by day, I am getting excited.
Despite the excitement, I cannot wait for this week to be over, and for Friday to get here (I am off that day, yay!!). I leave you with Randall’s serious face.
This face is the entire reason why he was named Randall. He is such a serious puppy & deserved a serious name.

Okay, Randall is entirely precious (hug him for me!) and so are you in that darling dress. I love the shoes, too! I’ve been wanting a pair of Danys for the longest time but I’ve only ever found them online and I have no idea if I’ll actually be able to walk in them. I’m not particularly coordinated with heels so most of the time platforms are out of the question!
