Shirt & Pants – Target
Black Ruffle Flats – C by Chinese Laundry
Today is my day two out the Shoe Challenge. It was a bit of a busy day at work, so I needed to practical again. Running around in heels can be fun sometimes, but not on days like today. This is just a very basic outfit, something to be comfortable in, look decent, and accommodate the two cell phones, large set of keys and heavy motorola two way radio I have to carry at work. I am, however, very excited about my bun! I took Kileen from Cute and Little‘s advice, and tried out the Goody Spin Pins. They are awesome!!! I was skeptical at first, but she has the exact same type of hair as I do, and they worked for her really well (very fine, thin, and super soft hair). Please excuse the photos today, they were taken at 6:15am, in a very dimly lit second bedroom, hence the dingy lighting. I was also rushed, because I had to get out the door for work (I have to clock in between 6:55am – 7am, and I like approx 20 – 25 minutes away).
Moving on to another topic, I purchased these awesome patterned tights at Target a few days ago, only to realize that they were not in the correct packaging! I thought I grabbed the M/T size, instead I grabbed the S/M…which will not work for me, unfortunately. So, I am offering them as a giveaway to all of you! They are brand spanking new, never been worn, and really, really cute. (I was able to find my size at another Target today. Woohoo! We can be matching tights friends if you win them!). So, here they are:
