Today was my first day off in about three weeks. I was so happy to not set my alarm last night. I woke up naturally at 8:11am (so much better than 5:30 – 6am), and laid in bed for a while with Scott before we decided to get up. By 10:00am, I had started the laundry, gotten dressed, and done a light grocery shopping. Scott was working on the toilet with our landlord (the little thing that stops the water from filling the tank inside had broken). After all of this, we gave Zuri a bath & fed him, and then headed outside for some outfit shots. We did run to Walmart to pick up a new grate for Scott’s grill and a nice long planting box for the start of our new herb garden. We are so excited!! We planted basil, rosemary, cilantro and cayenne peppers. I cannot wait to watch them grow! Later on tonight we will be meeting up with an old friend, and Scott will be heading off to work (pooh).
How was your Saturday?

Ooh – looking fab! Those heels are killer!

I love that shade of pink on you. It looks so great with the delicate lace pattern of your tights:) As always, I adore the shots of your dog.
Kirstin–sounds like this was a well-deserved day off. I like this look, but found my eye honing in on the purse.
Good luck with the herbs.
