Rust & the Plaid Blazer

Outfit Details:
Plaid Blazer – Thrifted
Gray Wedges – Seychelles
Quilted Bag – Quilt Shop in Tennessee

I have a new love in my life, and it’s name is Plaid Blazer. It was love at first sight when I found her, sitting lonely on the rack at my local Goodwill. We went into the fitting room for a more intimate meeting, only to realize that we were a perfect match! Our hearts sang as I proudly strutted to the registers and presented the cashier with a $5 dollar bill. I love success while thrifting!! It can definitely be difficult at times, especially for a curvy girl such as myself. This dress was just the piece to compliment it. Today was the first time I have ever worn such brightly colored tights. I was a bit nervous, but I loved the color so much. I received interesting remarks at work today about them, such as, “I’m glad I’ve got my sunglasses on. Man, those are bright!” (thanks Anthony) or “At least you will be safe when jogging!” (always watching out, Ian!). What do men know anyway when it comes to a cute outfit?
I wanted to thank all of you for the overwhelming comments of birthday wishes. You all are so sweet, wonderful people, and I couldn’t be happier than to have you as my readers & friends.
