I recently (well, kind of recently) did a little bit of shopping (I know, I know, shopping before Christmas is a big no-no, but they were good sales and it was getting cold)…I know, lame excuses, right??

Fell in love with this ruana/poncho/wrap a few weeks ago, and finally decided to purchase it. I love that it is a deep burgundy purpleish color with gray on the inside…So warm and cozy!!
Decided to go for the Camel tone leather gloves from Target. I feel they would work with either brown or black…
Finally!! A Mustard yellow sweater!! I’ve been wanting one for a while, and it was on sale for $15!!
Dress from eBay. $20 with free shipping from Hong Kong!!!! Just have to figure out what I will wear under it since it is a bit sheer
My latest purchase…Patent leather red Steve Madden Caryssa’s. So gorgeous, and on sale for $58. Heck yes, $30 off regular price? I had to.
I will be posting a new outfit post soon, I promise!! I’m finally on winter break from work, and Scott took Saturday thru Tuesday off so we could have time together. Then I am baking with my mom Wednesday & Thursday.
On a side note, I wanted to say that I am super excited that in less than 2 months of my blog being around, I have reached 63 followers via google friend connect, and 18 followers on bloglovin’. I am so happy & grateful for all of you for following me, and for all of your wonderful comments!! I am thinking of doing a give away once I reach 100 followers (wouldn’t that be sooo much fun!!! I love giveaways). Speaking of giveaways, I have recently won two giveaways ( I know, right?? two!!!). I have NEVER won anything in my life up until recently, and I have to say, it is really exciting when you find out you’ve won something. Even if its something simple, its still exciting (which is why I am totally going to do one at my hundredth follower). Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside with little butterflies in my tummy. Yay for contests!!!

So many things to love here! The dress (From Hong Kong!!!???) may be my favorite, but – like you- I’ve been jonesing for more mustard! That’s a great accent color to add to most any outfit! Good shopping!
